About the Cum Capacity Index
A.k.a. the CCI. A 0–1000 index, comparable across samples and across the cohort. Higher is better.
The model
CCI = n∑i=1ωi · ln(ρi + ε) · exp(−βiΔEi) · t∫t−ΔΦ(τ) dτ · (det Σθ)−½ · ν−κ · Z−1(θ)
Where ω is the empirical cohort-α weighting matrix, ρ the analyte concentration vector, β the temperature-adjusted equilibrium coefficient, Φ the rolling modulation kernel over a Δ-day window, Σθ the calibrated covariance matrix, ν the demographic adjustment factor, and Z(θ) the partition function ensuring the index is bounded in [0, 1000].
