About the Cum Capacity Index
A.k.a. the CCI. A proprietary, calibrated index — comparable across samples and across the cohort. Higher ranks higher.
The model
CCI = ρ · M · β · (det Σθ)−½ · Z−1(θ)
Where ρ is the calibrated analyte concentration, M the matrix factor, β the reference-standard offset, Σθ the calibrated covariance matrix, and Z(θ) the partition function over the cohort normalization. Under per-batch calibration the correction terms normalize to unity, leaving a single comparable index.
